From Vision to Masterpiece
This rug was designed from a client reference photo and refined with snowy mountain highlights for extra contrast. We mapped the scene into simple shapes, tufted rich textures through the tree line, and reserved clean, bright snow areas so the peaks stay sharp and premium in the final finish.
Designing and Yarn Planning
We refined the client’s photo into a clear rug layout, then planned the yarn palette—warm mountain tones, deep forest shades, and crisp snow highlights for contrast.
Tufting and Weaving
With the design mapped out, our artisans bring it to life by hand—tufting yarn into the backing or weaving/knotting on the loom, color by color. Every line is built strand-by-strand with tight density, clean curves, and even tension to create a rug that feels plush, looks sharp, and lasts for years.
Carving and Detailing
This is where the rug gets its signature “premium” finish. We carefully trim, carve, and shape the pile by hand to sharpen every edge, deepen shadows, and bring out fine details—so the design looks crisp, layered, and truly alive from every angle.
Finished Rug
After final trimming and quality checks, the rug is complete—soft, clean-edged, and ready for its new home. We capture final photos, pack it with care, and ship it out to the client.
