From Vision to Masterpiece
A One Piece fan from Bangalore reached out with a clear request: turn his favorite Zoro artwork (the original image) into a real rug he could own. We recreated the same intense, calm expression and the dramatic night-sky background—translating every shadow and highlight into yarn.
Design & Yarn Planning
We cleaned up the reference, simplified tiny noise in the background, and locked the key details (face lines, scar, earrings, robe folds). Then we planned the exact greens, skin tones, and deep blacks to keep the rug as close to the artwork as possible.
Tufting & Weaving
Layer by layer, we built the piece with tight density to keep the outlines sharp—especially around the eyes, jawline, and robe edges—so the character reads clean even from a distance.
Finished Rug — Shipped to Client
After final QC and finishing touches, the rug was packed securely and shipped out to our client in Bangalore—ready to be the statement piece in his space.
