Refund Policy

Refunds apply to eligible returns only. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for what qualifies. In short: genuine defects, damage, or a wrong item within 15 days of delivery; custom / bespoke rugs are final sale.

For an approved return you can choose a replacement or a full refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
